The Lord's Prayer


Lord You walked upon the earth
For thirty years after Your birth.
By Your good deeds You showed us the way.
Healed the sick and helped the poor.
Blessed the children at Your door.
And this is how You taught us to pray.
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass
Against us again and again.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
